Day 5: Festival Fireworks Concert

I went to the fireworks with Rudi and his friends/sister. It was truly the best fireworks I have ever seen. Better than anything on the 4th of July, better than the Disney Light Parade, better than everything. Wow.

Day 4: Vegas, baby!

So last night Rudi and I went to this place called the Caves for Vegas. It was really good fun (although no proper swing dancing!) and Rudi was a true gentleman and danced with me (unlike some other stupid people I can think of!). Thanks R!

Day 3: Pub on a Friday night

Right, so this is drinks after work at the Queen's Arms (our pub of choice). Wing is in the foreground, and Agnieska and Irene are in the back. That Guinness you see is what I was drinking!

Day 2: Spinnaker Tower

My colleague and I had a meeting in Portsmouth and afterwards we went to visit the Spinnaker Tower. It supposedly has the largest glass floor in Europe and this is the view from it. You have to take your shoes off to walk on the floor. We didn't think it seemed all that large though!
